When it comes to high melting performance, gas-fired melting furnaces with exhaust gas routing via the crucible rim are the first choice, whether as pre-melting furnaces or  also for direct casting into the mould. The excellent insulation as well as the favourable burner arrangement result in the best  possible performance values with high Energy efficiency.

When a high quality melt and a high melting performance are required, electrically heated tilting furnaces are the first choice.

At the same time, these models offer a high level of  energy efficiency and are suitable for both for pre-melting as well as for direct pouring into the mould.

Air-circulation lift-bottom furnaces have a moveable  furnace bottom which also serves as a charging table.  The charge is placed on the lowered lift-bottom and  then moved into the furnace. Lift-bottom furnaces are  often integrated into automated batch transport sys-  tems for fully automatic operation.

T max. 650 °C and 850 °C

Air-circulating pit-type furnaces are particularly suitable for the heat treatment of heavy parts.

Large individual components or baskets can be easily  loaded from the top by crane.

Air-circulating pit-type furnaces allow charging from  the top. Due to the square base, baskets can be used  for loading. Long components can also be placed  hanging in the furnace.
